Quiche Lorraine

Serving Size: 6

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 pie crust
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup bacon bits
1 1/2 cups swiss cheese -- shredded
1 tablespoon flour

Blend all ingredients except pie crust

Freeze in 1 gallon Ziploc bag; place in 2nd Ziploc bag with pie crust.

To serve; thaw egg mixture completely.

Thaw pie crust 10 minutes then add egg mixture.

Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes.

Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
